I really enjoyed this, thank you. Cardio is better if you want to lose weight, but I like ballet more, so this is the perfect combination. But to be true, I am dying, 16 rond de jambes on l'air killed me. After that, en dedans and then on the other side. Interesting experience ;-)

I don't know enough to comment on individual steps. I do, however, know when I am watching complete beauty, poise, and grace. I feel the energy in every movement. I especially find the way Maria carries her upper body, most notably her neck, to be exquisite. Brava!⚘️⚘️
